Thursday night we launched our new delivery platform Ghost Runner. Made just for those of us lucky enough to live within the Winters city limits! Four weeks ago we began testing in partnership with Preserve to learn how to execute a local option for on-demand meal delivery. We started delivery for some of your favorite local libation makers, Turkovich Family Wines, Berryessa Brewing Co. and Hooby’s Brewing. Patio 29 Distillery is on deck to be the next addition to the adult beverage lineup! We are hoping to get Berryessa Gap going with both food and drink after that.

Look for some of your favorite local restaurants in the coming weeks and months! Tonight, we will be offering delivery for Preserve and the fresh fish based pop-up restaurant Pop’s Poke’. Since I love surprises and you guys deserve some fun, we also added pop-up restaurant Tres Taco’s to hold you over until we can get Chuy’s Taqueria or El Pueblo online (or Both?). Carboni’s is on deck to be next so look for them to be available sometime next week.

We’ve included direct links to the restaurants in town that are currently offering online ordering and takeout so you have a one stop shop for your ordering convenience. Those links can be found below in the ONLINE ORDER + PICKUP section and will continue to operate as they have been. It is our goal to be able to offer one uniform delivery service from all the restaurants in the community in the coming weeks and months.

In the meanwhile, please continue supporting all of the downtown businesses! I’ve never been more pleased to call Winters my home than now. I hope this platform helps our struggling Winters food and beverage businesses as well as provide some more options for our highest risk residents most effected by Covid -19.
